ABRAXAS - HORIZON INFO.
DEVIL MAY CRY
Nero's "main" domain is a nonstationary one: an RV that is chaotically organized and quite clearly lived-in. Evidence of life comes in the form of every single wall being covered in handwritten notes, stickers, demonic skulls, weapons, guns... and the jukebox in the corner, which is an ornery thing that typically works if you give it a kick.
The RV has a small burner in a kitchenette with coffee fresh from the pot. Another wall holds a long bench that turns into a bed, and the back corner of the van appears to be a workshop, with every tool under the sun and several lines of hanging mechanical prosthetic arms. Piles of engineering and mechanics magazines are thrown into every corner, and loose screws and smoking, demonic body parts lay on every available surface. Despite Nero being the only one in the RV, there are signs of feminine touches that don't quite match up with Nero's tough-guy personal: a mug stained with lipstick, a small jewelry box, and tubes of makeup thrown haphazardly around... and an ungodly amount of squashed cigarettes and several filled ashtrays. Along the side of the RV is a neon sign glowing blue, reading DEVIL MAY CRY.
Strapped to the top of the van, inexplicably, is an English-styled phone booth. No matter where the van appears (and it does sometimes appear in impossible places, where no roads lead to), the phone booth is always nearby, as if it's the thing that summoned the van.
While Nero never takes the driver's seat, the RV travels the Horizon -- driven, apparently, by a cloud of cigarette smoke. The only living resident of the van appears to be a giant black panther, that merely regards visitor with lazy eyes before curling up back to sleep. (Feel free to fight it for a spot on the couch.) The van is never quiet, with some sort of metal or hard rock music squeezing the life out of the jukebox, though on particularly bumpy roads it skips or switches songs altogether.
On the dashboard lay a book, whose cover is emblazoned with an ostentatious "V". Inexplicably, the inside of the book appears to be only William Blake poetry between agonized-looking paintings.

THE BLOODY PALACE
Among your wanderings in the Horizon, one might come across a circular clearing surrounded by strange, contorted stones. Stepping inside makes the place appear more like an arena, decorated with splatters of blood -- and the red, crystallized flowers that drink it. Outside the arena is a seemingly impossible view, down upon clouds... as if the arena is thousands of feet in the sky.
The Bloody Palace is an arena where one can test their skills against all sorts of demons, monsters, and devils. The arena will automatically assess one's skills to provide a worth opponent, but it will not be easy -- every beast will do its best to kill you. However, walking outside the arena will end the battle immediately, even if no blood is spilled.
Strangely, the black panther always appears in the arena or stalking slightly outside it, as if to watch the proceedings. If you're ever on the losing side and desire help, Shadow will jump into the fray and massacre any demon or beast in her way. (Yes, she is best girl.)

SHADOW
The only living creature that appears in Nero's domain. Usually found sleeping on top of the phone booth, the RV, or on the couch inside, Shadow seemingly always has one eye open when anyone else is visiting. While generally a quiet, languid creature, she will immediately jump to action if a threat comes to the domain.
But be careful -- this cat hasn't only got claws and teeth as defense. True to her name, she can melt into a puddle of amorphous, inky matter, moving underneath other beings like their shadow -- before she becomes a mass of spikes or raking blades, erupting underneath them to tear and impale. Rarely, one can watch her chasing something through the air after the van -- something that looks strangely like a blue-feathered vulture.
If asked why she's there or what she represents, Nero will only explain her existence as "excess baggage."
